Shipping policy

All orders are packed and dispatched within 3-7 business days.

During peak periods (sales, product launches, Christmas, etc.), please allow a little extra time for processing.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Hot Mess Body is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check with household members

  2. Check your mailbox and safe drop areas

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
